CrackYC terms of use.

Access

CrackYC provides paid access to a research interface over curated YC company data, analyst notes, and generated insights. You are responsible for how you use the information and should verify important claims before making business, legal, financial, or investment decisions.

Subscriptions and credits

Plans are monthly subscriptions with a fixed number of question credits per billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless CrackYC explicitly states otherwise in writing.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree that charges for the current billing period will not be refunded if you cancel, stop using the product, or exhaust credits.

Data protection

CrackYC is designed to provide capped examples and analysis, not raw exports or bulk extraction. Attempts to scrape, dump, resell, or reconstruct the underlying database are not permitted.

Availability

The service may change as the dataset, models, pricing, and product experience evolve. CrackYC may limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, payment failure, security risk, or violations of these terms.
