How CrackYC handles your data.

Information we collect

We collect your verified email address, authentication metadata, subscription status, question-credit usage, chat prompts, and assistant responses so the product can provide access, preserve sessions, enforce limits, and improve the research experience.

How we use it

Your data is used to authenticate you, provide the report and chat product, process subscriptions, maintain chat history, protect the underlying dataset from bulk extraction, and diagnose product issues.

Third-party services

CrackYC uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for subscription billing, Vercel for hosting, and model providers routed through OpenRouter for AI responses. These services receive the minimum operational data needed to provide the product.

Billing

Stripe handles payment details. CrackYC stores billing identifiers, subscription status, plan, renewal period, and credit entitlement. Subscription payments are non-refundable as described in the Terms.
